Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and don't use the service for unlawful purposes.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, and don't use it to generate misleading or fraudulent content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Credits, plans, and payments

Some features require credits or a subscription. Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency. Purchased credits do not expire while your account is active. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from your billing page.

Refunds & cancellations

Cancellations, refund eligibility, and processing timelines are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If something goes wrong with a purchase, contact support@resuwave.com and we'll make it right.

ResuWave helps improve resumes but does not guarantee interviews or job offers. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
